1. Eligibility

To use BCS Booster, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Be a resident of Bangladesh or an eligible international user
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from the App by BAADOL

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Account Registration

To access full features of BCS Booster, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately at support@baadol.com of any unauthorized account access
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

BAADOL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent activity. One person may register only one account.

3. App Features and Services

BCS Booster provides the following core features:

• MCQ Practice Sessions: Topic-wise and subject-wise question practice with explanations
• Mock Examinations: Full-length timed exams simulating the actual BCS written examination format
• Performance Dashboard: Analytics tracking accuracy, attempt history, weak areas, and progress trends
• Leaderboard: Real-time ranking of users based on exam scores and performance metrics
• Coin Reward System: Earn coins through practice and participation; use coins to enter prize-based exams

BAADOL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice to users.

4. Coin System and Virtual Currency

BCS Booster operates a virtual coin economy. The following rules apply:

• Coins are virtual credits earned within the App and have no real-world monetary value outside the App
• Coins may be earned by completing practice sessions, daily goals, and other in-app activities
• Coins may be used to enter scheduled full mock exams that offer BDT cash prizes
• Coins are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash directly
• BAADOL reserves the right to adjust coin values, earning rates, or redemption rules at any time
• Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or artificially inflate coin balances will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all coins

The coin scoring formula is based on a balanced combination of accuracy, number of attempts, and consistent participation. BAADOL's calculation methodology is final and binding.

5. Prize-Based Examinations

Certain scheduled exams in BCS Booster offer real BDT cash prizes to top-performing users. By participating in prize-based exams, you agree to the following:

5.1 Eligibility

Only users with a verified account and sufficient coin balance may participate. BAADOL may require identity verification before disbursing prizes.

5.2 Prize Determination

Prizes are distributed to the top-ranked participants based on the official scoring formula. In the event of tied scores, the user who completed the exam in less time will be ranked higher.

5.3 Prize Disbursement

Prizes will be distributed via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, or similar) within 7 working days of exam result announcement. BAADOL reserves the right to request identity documentation before disbursement.

5.4 Tax Obligations

Users are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on winnings under Bangladesh tax law. BAADOL does not withhold or remit tax on behalf of users.

5.5 Disqualification

BAADOL may disqualify any participant suspected of cheating, using automated tools, sharing answers, or violating exam integrity rules. Disqualified users forfeit all prizes and may be permanently banned.

5.6 Legal Compliance

The prize-based exam model is designed to comply with applicable Bangladesh laws. BAADOL reserves the right to modify or discontinue prize features if required by regulatory authorities.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use BCS Booster only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must NOT:

• Cheat, use bots, scripts, or automated tools during exams or practice sessions
• Share exam questions, answers, or content outside the App without written permission from BAADOL
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App or its source code
• Use the App to harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Upload, post, or transmit any false, defamatory, or unlawful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to BAADOL's servers, databases, or systems
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or gain unfair advantage
• Impersonate another user, BAADOL employee, or any third party

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, coin forfeiture, prize disqualification, and/or legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within BCS Booster, including but not limited to question banks, explanations, graphics, UI design, logos, the BCS Booster name, and the BAADOL brand, are the exclusive intellectual property of BAADOL or its licensed partners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation purposes. You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any App content without prior written consent
• Use BAADOL's branding or trademarks without authorization
• Create derivative works based on App content

Any unauthorized use of BAADOL's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under Bangladesh copyright and intellectual property law.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

BCS Booster may offer premium subscription plans or in-app purchases in the future. The following terms apply to any paid features:

• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle as selected
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods, except where required by applicable law
• BAADOL reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice to subscribers

For payment disputes or billing inquiries, contact support@baadol.com within 14 days of the charge.

9. Disclaimers

BCS Booster is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BAADOL makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy or completeness of question bank content
• Fitness of the App for a particular purpose or guaranteed exam success
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the App
• Security of data transmitted over the internet

BAADOL does not guarantee that using BCS Booster will result in passing the Bangladesh Civil Service examination or any other competitive exam. The App is a supplementary preparation tool only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BAADOL and its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
• Loss of data, profits, prizes, or opportunities resulting from App downtime or technical errors
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard credentials
• Actions of third-party service providers integrated with the App

In no event shall BAADOL's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid BAADOL in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the user relationship at any time:

By You: You may delete your account at any time from the App settings. Deleting your account will result in permanent loss of your coin balance, exam history, and leaderboard standings.

By BAADOL: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination, your right to access the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) shall remain in effect.

12. Modifications to Terms

BAADOL may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document
• Send an in-app notification to all registered users
• Post the updated Terms within the App and on our official website

Your continued use of BCS Booster after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App immediately.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, including the Contract Act 1872, Digital Security Act 2018, Cyber Security Ordinance 2025, and any applicable consumer protection regulations.

In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of BCS Booster:

• Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days
• If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation under Bangladesh Arbitration Act 2001
• If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh

Nothing in this clause shall prevent BAADOL from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

14. Third-Party Services

BCS Booster integrates with third-party services including AWS cloud infrastructure, mobile banking payment gateways, and analytics providers. BAADOL is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

15. Force Majeure

BAADOL shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, strikes, acts of war, civil unrest, or pandemic-related disruptions.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BAADOL regarding your use of BCS Booster. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the subject matter herein. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
