• Deliver MCQ practice sessions, mock exams, and performance analytics
• Operate the coin reward system and leaderboard rankings
• Process prize distributions for qualifying exam participants

• Analyze usage patterns to improve app features and performance

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Trusted third-party vendors who assist in hosting (AWS), payment processing, analytics, and push notifications, bound by confidentiality agreements
• Legal Obligations: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority in Bangladesh
• Safety: To protect the rights, property, or safety of BAADOL, its users, or the public
• Business Transfer: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with prior notice to users

Leaderboard data (username and score) is visible to all app users as part of the competitive exam feature. You may choose a display name to protect your identity.

4. Coin System and Prize Distribution

BCS Booster operates a coin-based economy where users earn coins through practice sessions and mock exams. Coins may be used to participate in scheduled full exams with real BDT prizes. Please note:

• Coin transactions are logged and may be reviewed for fraud prevention
• Prize distributions are subject to identity verification and applicable tax regulations
• BAADOL reserves the right to suspend or cancel coin rewards in cases of suspected manipulation or abuse
• The coin/prize model operates in compliance with applicable Bangladesh laws; users are advised to seek independent legal advice regarding tax implications of winnings

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure cloud infrastructure hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Access controls limiting employee access to personal data
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage users to protect their account credentials.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:

• Account data: Retained until you request deletion or your account is inactive for 24 consecutive months
• Exam and performance data: Retained for up to 5 years for analytics and regulatory compliance
• Financial/prize records: Retained for 7 years as required by Bangladesh financial regulations
• Log data: Retained for 90 days for security and debugging purposes

7. Your Rights

As a user, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)

8. Children's Privacy

BCS Booster is intended for users aged 16 and above, primarily university students and adult job seekers preparing for the Bangladesh Civil Service examination. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians with concerns should contact us at privacy@baadol.com.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, social media login). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before interacting with them.

10. Push Notifications

We may send push notifications to your device for exam reminders, result announcements, and app updates. You can manage or disable push notifications through your device settings at any time. Disabling notifications will not affect your ability to use the App.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or app features. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document
• Send an in-app notification to registered users
• Post the updated policy on our website and within the App

12. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, including but not limited to the Digital Security Act, Cyber Security Ordinance 2025, and any applicable data protection regulations. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
